MEET BERNADINO (DINO) RESTREPO

With over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial planning industry, Bernardino "Dino" Restrepo is a seasoned consultant specializing in retirement, income, and Medicaid planning. As the co-founder of Financial Visions Insurance LLC, founded alongside his fiancée Elizabeth, Dino helps individuals and families navigate complex financial challenges using innovative insurance strategies.

Dino's expertise spans fixed annuities, life insurance, and Medicaid planning. He has worked closely with top carriers like Allianz Life, F&G, and National Guardian Life (NGL) to drive business growth and provide strategic solutions that have resulted in over $500 million in annuity sales.

A Certified Medicaid Planner (CMP), Dino is also working toward becoming a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the completion of his Series 65. He is passionate about offering personalized service and building lasting relationships with clients-values that are at the core of Financial Visions Insurance.

Born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, Dino studied at the University of Minnesota and now resides in Haslet, TX. He has two grown children, Alex and Rachel, and is a proud grandfather to grandsons Landon and Grayson. Outside of work, Dino enjoys following the Minnesota Twins and Vikings, cooking, exercise and binge-watching streaming series and exploring the world with Elizabeth.

MEET ELIZABETH HENDERSON

With over 20 years of experience in insurance and finance, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to Financial Visions Insurance. She began her career as a health insurance actuarial consultant with Deloitte & Touche after earning her MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Actuarial Science from the University of Minnesota. Over time, she transitioned into corporate finance and insurance, specializing in strategic wealth-building solutions.

Elizabeth is passionate about empowering her clients with financial strategies that are often utilized by the wealthy-but should be accessible to everyone. She believes that financial literacy is the key to getting out of debt quickly and moving toward long-term financial abundance. As a dedicated coach and guide, she ensures her clients understand the strategies available to them and makes it her mission to provide solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Originally from Minnesota, Elizabeth has also lived in Tunisia and California before making Texas her home. She has three grown children and enjoys a lifelong love of learning. In her free time, she loves reading, spending time with family and friends, watching comedy shows (Jeff Dunham, Jo Koy, etc.), attending plays, listening to music, traveling, hiking, and trying new experiences.
